Booking & Payment

By booking a safari with Africa Calling Safaris, you agree to the following terms:

• A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking
• Full payment is due 60 days before departure
• Bookings made within 60 days of departure require full payment at the time of booking
• All prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified

Cancellation Policy

• 90+ days before departure: Full refund minus $200 administrative fee
• 60-89 days before departure: 50% refund
• 30-59 days before departure: 25% refund
• Less than 30 days: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required vaccinations for your destination countries. Africa Calling Safaris can provide guidance but is not responsible for denied entry due to improper documentation.

Health & Safety

Safari travel involves inherent risks including wildlife encounters, remote locations, and varying medical facilities. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by guides and lodge staff. You must disclose any medical conditions that may affect your ability to participate in safari activities.

Changes to Itinerary

While we make every effort to deliver the itinerary as planned, wildlife viewing and weather conditions are unpredictable. We reserve the right to modify itineraries for safety reasons or to enhance your experience. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

Liability

Africa Calling Safaris acts as an agent for accommodation providers, transport companies, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the acts or omissions of these third parties. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your safari.

Photography & Media

We may take photographs or videos during safaris for promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish to be included in such media.
